The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Quiet island living is found at this peaceful home nestled among the trees. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room for everyone to create delicious meals and memories together. Savor your morning coffee and a good book in the sunroom. Take a quick stroll to any of the private waterfront parks or nearby beach to watch our beautiful sunrises AND sunsets. Enjoy sweet tea and ocean breezes from the quiet front porch. Relax, unwind and find refuge at "The Light House".

You will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun on the water. Unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway from the hottub or dock. Close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
