You will love the location. 2 minutes stroll to the restaurants, retail stores and Tauranga Harbour where you can watch the cruise ships come and go. The beautiful Mount Surf beach and walking tracks up and around Mount Maunganui are within easy walking distance along with the many other attractions the Mount has to offer. The room is spacious you have your own bathroom and small kitchen. The laundry is part of the kitchen we share the use of the laundry and clothes line area.

Fresh & clean interior, quiet & relaxing. Loft located across the road from 'The Mount' and the hotpools in downtown Mt Maunganui. Most popular walking tracks in the Bay of Plenty on your doorstep. For the next 12 months there will be a construction site next door from Monday to Friday (not weekends). There will be some noise.

Semi self-contained & central beach haven

Superbly located on Te Ngaio Rd in the heart of Mount Maunganui, this semi self-contained (no kitchen) accommodation is just 250 metres from the beach and a gentle 5 minute stroll to cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. There are two rooms. One generously large room has a queen bed and single bed. The other room is essentially a lounge with a sofa bed. Both rooms open out to a beautiful landscaped backyard that is shared with us and our 2 kids.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach.
