Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!

Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, large back porch, and hot tub. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
