Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Το κατάλυμα 50τμ. βρίσκεται στη βραβευμένη με μπλε σημαία παραλία του οικισμού της Χιλιαδούς, δίπλα στο γραφικό λιμανάκι και απέχει μόλις 10χλμ από την κοσμοπολίτικη Ναύπακτο. Είναι ο πρώτος όροφος πέτρινης δίπατης οικίας. Έχει ιδιωτική είσοδο, θέα στη θάλασσα και πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Στον χώρο υπάρχει μικρή βιβλιοθήκη.
