The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. Oswin Roberts Cottage is situated in the nature park of Phillip island. High on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Rhyll inlet. Immerse your self in nature as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the open fire indoor or out door fire pit. Oswin Roberts cottage is the only property on Phillip island with the proximity to the nature park. As night falls watch the majestic bird life and colours change over the Rhyll inlet, and watch wallabies come up to feed. The whole property is yours !!!

Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Wimbledon Cottage -Where the Country Meets the Sea

In the heart of Phillip Island, close to the track & Penguin Parade, this little cottage gives you the best of both country & sea. A 5 min drive to Cowes town to shops, cafes & supermarkets. Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, koala reserve, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Pets are very welcome, the yard is fully fenced, and the local beaches are dog-friendly!
