Welcome to our Charming Stone House in the peaceful village of Reževići, located just few hundred metres from the beach. Surrounded by old olive trees, the house offers true Mediterranean escape - perfect for couples, families or anyone seeking peace, sun, and sea. Breathtaking sunsets from one of the terraces are unforgettable. The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2024 during which we created space that fuses soft contemporary design with a traditional Mediterranean architecture.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The house is located near Budva (9km / 5,6 mi) and Kotor (19km / 11.8 mi).

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
