You rarely see anyone on our secluded cove. You can swim, fish, paddleboard, kayak or tie up your boat. House is only 5 minutes from the marina and comes with paddleboards and kayaks and has a fire pit. Large, open kitchen, family room/ entertainment room, ping pong table, and jetted tub. Close to hiking, fine dining, and VIR.

The Rabbit Hole

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole at Hyco Lake! Our home offers beautiful 180 degree water views and is situated at the crest of the Bunny Rabbit peninsula. With a unique and cozy floor plan we hope you feel right at home the moment you walk through the front door. Guests will have full access to the lake along with 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, a rubber dockie and several floats to relax and unwind. In addition: a covered cornhole patio, indoor shuffleboard table, Wii, Smart TV's and plenty of board games.

Enjoy a lake retreat in a cozy log cabin with three levels overlooking a quiet cove off the main channel of Hyco lake, north of the marina where the water is clearer and calmer than the southern side. A boat lift, a jetski lift and two kayaks are available for use. The basement stairs are not protected (see photo) so this place is not for very young children. We have reliable and fast Spectrum internet. New decking boards were installed everywhere including boat house in Nov 2024.

Laughing Waters - Cheerful cottage on Lake Hyco

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage. Located on a ½ an acre of private lakefront surrounded by nature, yet with all the comforts of home. Kick back with your significant other and kids while enjoying the wonderful views, swim areas and endless activities. PLEASE NOTE: The house is in the woods next to a lake and any stay will include encounters with nature, bugs and weather. If you are not comfortable with this then you will want to seek alternative accommodations.

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.
