This light and bright studio is the lower level of our family home in the Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. Enjoy your own entrance and private space. This open studio can accommodate two people with a soft and comfortable queen bed, an eating area with table and chairs, a private bathroom with tile shower, TV, and kitchenette. While there is no shared space, please keep in mind you may hear footsteps, voices, or noise from above at points throughout the day, and we do have small children.

Right next to Peninsula park and the Rosa Parks MAX Station, you'll be a walk away from a rose garden picnic, and stops away from City Center. The walk-up studio is fit with a full sized bed, a day bed/couch, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. If you feel the need to use the full kitchen, stop by New Seasons located two blocks away, for some ingredients.

Perfect location to explore PDX, located in the heart of Overlook neighborhood in North Portland. Close to Max Light Rail (yellow), walking distance to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, and some of the best parks in Portland. The neighborhood is a great mix of residential and commercial and is very walkable - there’s even a great bar and restaurant right across the street.
