Walk to the Columbia River trail; 5 minutes to downtown Richland, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU; 15 minutes to wineries, airport. This quiet ground-floor garden suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

McKay Creek Bunkhouse

Welcome to McKay Creek Bunkhouse. We are located on McKay Creek 11 miles from the heart of Pendleton, Oregon. This 1900 bunkhouse is situated near the blue mountains and is recognized by the state of Oregon as part of our century farm which is still a working farm. The bunkhouse is surrounded by a couple of acres of grass and wheat fields. Locate just down from the mouth of McKay Reservoir you may see geese, turkeys and deer to name a few wildlife that visit the area. Come and relax.

The cozy ambiance of the house is wonderful and the outdoor garden is a relaxing place for a cup of coffee. Great for bridal parties, business travel and families. On a busy street, but she’s away from the road. I accommodate guests with allergy disabilities. NO pets. Basement is NOT occupied! NO extra guests.
