The apartment 'Balkon' is a unique wooden style apartment located on the upper floor of our main house. It has a spacious bedroom with AC & fan, an ensuite bathroom with hot shower as well as a generous balcony area with beautiful views across the garden space. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchenette incl. fridge and stove. In our neighbourhood you will find numerous restaurants and several grocery stores. Senggigi and Mataram are easy to reach by scooter, bemo or taxi in about 10min.

We have two beautiful apartments, our Garden studio which sleeps 2 or 3 and our upstairs apartment which easily sleeps 4. Both are comfortable, spacious and clean with great air con and Wi-Fi. There is a bar in the garden for guests and a plunge pool. We are centrally located, close to beaches, Sengiggi and Mataram. This is a great place for families.
