Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Shepherds Retreat - Hot Tub Farm Stay!

The Shepherds Retreat is a luxury shepherds hut in East Yorkshire, set in a 13 acre field surrounded by the resident flock of sheep at our family farm. The hut is a self contained hideaway with fitted kitchen, dining/lounge with log burner, bathroom and bedroom. Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of the beautiful town of Beverley with free onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station and bus station are close by. The Accommodation is upstairs with its own private entrance, no lift. Small outdoor seating area in pretty courtyard. Super king bed or 2 single beds.

There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Pet friendly hot tub luxury cottage nr Withernsea

Beautiful detached cottage, newly renovated, pet friendly with fully enclosed garden with a six person hot tub with separate shower . Cottage has a fully equipped galley kitchen, dining room, cosy lounge, and large conservatory. There are 2 king size beds and 1 small adult/child bed. All bedrooms have smart TV's, free wifi and Netflix. All bedding, towels and luxury dressing gowns provided. Outside there is a BBQ, chimnea and seating area. Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
