Located on Peachy Canyon Road, a main artery connecting many Paso Robles west side wineries, you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while still being only 15 minutes away from all that downtown Paso Robles and Templeton have to offer. Soaring 11 foot ceilings, give the cozy space a large and airy feel, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, great room and gourmet kitchen. Gourmet kitchen with butcher block countertops,subway tile and a unique breakfast nook. A formal dining room opens to the entry courtyard and sits on a hill overlooking downtown.
