The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Templo de Debod, Plaza de España, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del ☀️Te va a encantar mi espacio por la comodidad de la cama, el espacio acogedor y los techos altos. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, y viajeros de negocios. Autobuses en la puerta, el número 75 a Callao, el 46 a Gran Via, el 41 a Atocha y nocturno N20 que funciona toda la noche. Metro y Renfe a 5 minutos, líneas 10,6 y ramal que sube a Opera, Puerta del Sol. Dando un paseo el Palacio Real está a 15 minutos.

Mi casa se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.

Charming, quiet flat, lovely area. No turistico

Dos habitaciones, individual y doble , un living room con un sofa cama doble muy comodo , dos baños. En uno de los barrios más bonitos de Madrid, Chamberí, al lado del famoso barrio de Moncloa. Muy cerca del centro, pero con el silencio y la tranquilidad . Rodeado de restaurantes, cafés, bares y tiendas. Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
