The house is in front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Walking distance to the port, 5 minutes (800 meters/ 0.49 miles). This is the only house rental for up to 16 guests in the old town of Parikia.
