The cottage has 50 m2 of indoor space, including a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, living and dining areas that includes a 55" TV and a 200 L fridge, a kitchenette/bathroom, separate shower room and separate wc. The dining area opens onto 20 m2 of L shaped covered verandah. Near Coffs Jetty Strip Restaurants & shops.

I live in the front of the home and your self contained guest suite is at the rear of the home. You can have complete privacy. I usually introduce myself during your stay. Good Free Wifi.

Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. Enjoy swimming in nature with direct access to Bonville creek running across the rear of the property. Finnish sauna suitable for 6 persons with outdoor shower. Pets allowed on request. Note that there is no boundary fencing.

Jenny's Beachside Apartment is a tastefully furnished two bedroom unit located just 25 metres from the water's edge at stunning Korora Bay. Located just five minutes drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour with The Big Banana & Jetty area close by. This beachside apartment has two lovely bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and in bedroom 2 a single bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is an air conditioner upstairs.

New stylish and cosy 2 bedroom home located centrally in Coffs Harbour. 2 minutes drive or 6 minute walk to central Coffs and Mall area or Plaza. 5 minute drive to the beach or Jetty area. This home has everything you need for a leisurely holiday, work trip or Quick trip to the beautiful Coffs Coast. It’s a home away home. Please note that there is 3 steps into either doors of the home.
