Private, spacious self-contained guest suite with own entry, on a quiet street in Oamaru. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, queen-size bed and free wifi.. Everything you need for a comfy stay to enjoy our picturesque town. On sunny days you can sit out on the deck chairs with your preferred drink or down on the bench in the small garden. If you are here in the summer you will be able to pick some strawberries - we planted them for our guests!

Indi Farms - A little bit country.

Our open plan Portacottage provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. As well as the basics to make you feel more than at home, we are also able to cater for your most loved pet providing they can sleep outside. We also have paddocks to accommodate horses. (Summer months only) There is lots to see and do, Ollie the horse loves carrots, the cats may come and visit, calves need patting and at times we have sheep and lambs to play with. We offer breakfast when stays are for a minimum of two nights.

True Oamaru! Our lovely 1920's Oamaru Stone home is character filled with solid stone interior & exterior walls. A unique heritage experience. We are in easy walking distance to Steampunk Oamaru & the Victorian Precinct. Sit in our sunroom & look over Oamaru, watch the sunrise or set & listen to the penguins leaving each morning or returning home. The perfect location for the varied events our town hosts. A 2nd DETACHED room as an additional bedroom is available (see photo, fees apply) The cottage is equipped with microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle and basic utensils to prepare a simple meal. Private, delightful garden & decks facing the sun. Outdoor seating provided. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome to stay. This is an entire apartment with views to the Ocean. It is cosy and quiet and only 5 minutes from Oamaru but set in a beautiful rural environment. A new kitchen, a cosy loungeroom and private courtyard with barbeque and separate entrance. Tea, coffee, milk and basic supplies in the pantry, homemade bread and a sample of our own honey . Breakfast cereals provided . You will love it. A pleasant garden and views top it all off....while being handy to town.

The Moorings

The Moorings is a special place for those wanting to spend time in Oamaru. You will never tire of the outlook over the sea and harbour. The home itself is immaculate and stylishly renovated. The beds and linen are of especially good quality. The home is close to the Penguin Colony, the old part of town and Scott's Brewery if you need a beer or a pizza. We are sorry but the house is not child friendly so we are not able to take bookings with children.

Buckley’s Retreat

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. Which includes eggs if the hens are laying. Outdoor spa, Complementary snacks and beverages. You may also bring your dog. 5mins drive to the centre of town. But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.
