Relax in this comfortable 2-bedroom brick home with spacious wrap around deck to enjoy the small town vibe. The deck is great for gazing at the dark skies or having coffee in the morning and taking in the mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped, with some local treats. It is just a quick walk to downtown Paonia and a short drive to the mountains or the desert for adventures. Hosts live onsite in a separate apartment downstairs with its own door. Your quarters are separate and private.

Bright space with gleaming original hardwood, antiques, & modern conveniences. In downtown Paonia, only one block from the Paradise Theater, Blue Sage Center for the Arts, & Fiona's. The perfect location to launch your explorations of the surrounding area, including Paonia's many wineries, nearby hiking trails, and the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Cottage at NeedleRock

Stylish charm with two sleeping options. Queen bed on main level of tiny cottage or a lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.

Our historic home is just steps from great restaurants and shops in downtown Paonia. Endless outdoor recreation and over a dozen small, independent, and beautiful wineries are only a short drive away. The music, food, wine, and welcoming community are what drew us to this special place, and we’re excited to share it with you. Two spacious bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bathroom. The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

Elderberry Farmhouse at Zenzen Gardens

The Elderberry Farmhouse is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway in a rural setting. The home is on the 20 acre farm of Zenzen Gardens, surrounded by wide open fields, mountain views, flower gardens, and a lovely pond. Zenzen Gardens offers live music in the summer, camping, dinners, wine tasting & concerts. Our tasting room is open May 1st to Nov 1st from 12- 6 pm daily. We proudly serve the award winning wines from Alfred Eames Cellars under the veranda of the Gold House.

Nestled in our elm forest, the casita is a private and tranquil oasis. This home was naturally built with earth based materials. Enjoy the views of our beautiful pond right outside the back deck with your morning coffee! Although small, it is completely equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, instant hot water, and laundry. Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away. We hope you decide to come stay with us!
