Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

Beach Cabin - Kowhai Landing

Summer or winter, sunny Kowhai Landing is the perfect couples retreat. Romantic, private, and oh-so-close to the beach - you'll leave this place rejuvenated and relaxed. A classic Kiwi cabin in a town that still feels like the beach places of old, this small but practical layout has a kitchenette and ensuite. With one double bed and a single "couch" that doubles as a second bed The self contained guesthouse has private entry and is located at the front of our section for a sense of privacy. The guesthouse is decorated with local art and is thoughtfully put together. Offering a 4k TV, kitchenette, heat pump, desk, and private outdoor area with BBQ, Spa & Outdoor Shower.

If you are after a relaxing and warm holiday home close to the beach, you'll find it here. The bach at Waikawa is a new semi-rural property located just a short walk (10 minutes) from the the beach. Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun. This home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump, a Smart TV, and unlimited Wifi (Fibre).

Sunny bach, hot tub, Ōtaki beach

Beautifully renovated sunny bach, a short walk from beach. Huge sliding doors provide easy access to large deck & lawn for great indoor/outdoor flow. The smaller of the two self contained houses on a third of an acre, 50m from the beach. A brand new 68 square metre build with one queen sized bedroom and one twin single bedroom.
