The double-glazed cottage is cute, warm and spacious with a lounge, top quality Queen bed & bathroom with washing machine. Totally self-contained with hosts nearby if you need anything. Free wifi + smart TV with freeview and DVD player. EV charger (type2). Breakfast ingredients provided for first 2 nights.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery serving delicious pizza on Friday evenings. The Tree House is close to a small productive lavender farm, Lavender magic, who sell cut flowers in season, and Mount Holdsworth, where you will be able to access a wide variety of walking tracks.

A quiet get away for single or couples. If you have a small child or baby that would bot worry us. Nothing to do but relax. Park like surroundings with access to spa. Private entrance and off street parking. we're happy to take dogs (they're free to roam un the garden with our dog who is very friendly) and cats if they're penned, (we dont trust our dog with cats). If you're not used to dogs, please let us know and we can keep him in the house while you settle in.

The friendly host will ensure you have everything you need.
