The Pagosa Springs Golf Club is onsite as well as lakeside fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, hiking and downhill skiing.

Downtown Cozy Apartment

Our cozy top unit apartment in downtown Pagosa Springs is available again! We are located on historic Hermosa Street near many amenities and the river walk access is across the street. We are also near the downtown park and Main Street. This is a perfect place for a couple or possibly a family of 4. You can walk to the Hot Springs and many other locations that make Pagosa quaint. This newly renovated cabin, conveniently located downtown at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, hangs over the edge of the San Juan River. Anglers and adventure buffs will love the easy river access just off the back deck, and hikers, bikers, and disc golfers will enjoy Reservoir Hill's expansive trail system, just down the street. Deep powder stashes (& short lift lines) are 25 mins away at Wolf Creek Ski Area, and Pagosa's mineral-rich, geothermal hot springs are just one block away.

Office Hideaway

Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.

The Cozy Cove

This Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
