Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

Relax and unwind at our beach getaway that's within walking distance to Lovers Point beach (right across the street!), Downtown Pacific Grove, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf. Just a few steps out the front door is a glorious 7-mile walking/bike trail that meanders from the Monterey Bay Aquarium around the point to the expansive Asilomar Beach, a favorite spot for walking in the soft sand and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.
