Canvas Retreat

Our Canvas Retreat offers a charming, nature-immersed escape nestled among the pines. Thoughtfully outfitted for a comfortable glamping experience, this spacious canvas retreat sits on a wooden platform with an outdoor sitting area, surrounded by the natural Canadian Shield landscape. Includes a queen bed with sheets and linens, bedside tables, night lamps, lounge chair, table, and Yeti cooler. A fire pit is available, and firewood can be added on. A shared comfort station is available nearby.

This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

WhiteTail Ridge Camping

WhiteTail Ridge is an intimate Hot Tenting experience that is nestled amidst the pines in the Lanark Highlands. We offer an exceptional and unique primitive glamping experience for all seasons with winter being exceptional. Our camp is located 10 min outside of Lanark Village and is the perfect place for a much needed get-away from the city or just to disconnect and settle into the calm and peacefulness of nature. It's also a great stop-over for those that motorcycle or cycle the Highlands.

Imagine a private campsite tucked away in the wilderness to pitch your tent and trade the noise for rustling trees, star-filled skies, and the kind of quiet you can feel. Close to beaches, stores, and Algonquin Park. Several nearby beaches, and we have a new shower house so guests can freshen up. Every campsite has a private privy. Our location is a crossroads so you can hit all the best spots without a long drive. Water and firewood available on site for an amazing camping experience.

Stargazer Campsite - 300 acres!

Experience a glamping stay under the stars! Stargazer Campsite features a 12' diameter bell tent on a platform with panoramic views of the rolling countryside around Bancroft. This peaceful retreat offers endless open skies and breathtaking scenery. Located beside Eagle’s Nest Park, you’ll have access to over 300 acres with walking trails. You’re just 2 minutes from town and only 1 km from the public boat launch on the York River. Come unwind and enjoy a higher perspective.

FoxHollow GlampingTent @ Bancroft Cottage Retreats

Escape to the Fox Hollow Glamping Tent, tucked among the trees on our 58-acre property just 15 minutes from Bancroft. Enjoy a king bed (or 2 twins), bedding, wood stove (Sept-May), lighting, power pack, BBQ, cookware, drinking water, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. Guests also have access to our private lake with canoe, rowboat, swimming, and fishing. Hot showers and private pit toilets are a short walk away. Just bring your food and clothing—we provide the rest.

Country Glamping

Luxury glamping in the middle of the woods on 83 acres which means no hydro or water. No shower. This all season tent was voted one of the top enchanting rentals in Ontario for 2021. It includes a linen queen bed, kettle, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside. Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
