The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

Enjoy your day out on the lake, a 30' dock is available for those that have a boat with proof of insurance, or book one of the many fishing charters on-site. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable.
