Located on the island Ugljan, in a small village Poljana. Ferry rides every hour from Zadar to Preko - 20min ride. 5 minutes walk to the first beaches,grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax,to make grill...Guests can use the POOL, a billard table, sandboxes...

Mjesto Kali je malo ribarsko mjesto. Smješteno između dvije luke na sjevero-istoku i uvala Lamjana. Stara jezgra mjesta s uskim ulicama i kamenim kućama u dalmatinskom stilu. Smješten je na brežuljku odakle su pruža prekrasan pogled. Location Kali is a small fishing village. Located between two ports on the north-east and Lamjana bay. An old center of town with narrow streets and stone houses in Dalmatian style. It is located on a hill where they offer a beautiful view.

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, our guests can find a shop, a bar, a restaurant and a bus station just few minutes walk away. One of the first things our visitors notice about the beautiful old stone facade as well as the stone details inside the apartments.

Borovi, čempresi, masline i svo mirisno mediteransko raslinje daju mu pravi ugođaj mjesta za odmor, a sva njegova vrijednost i ljepota okrunjena su titulom zaštićenog parka prirode - park šume.
