Ground floor apartmant in our recently renovated stone house in the center of Murter town. Although in the center of the town, still quiet and cozzy. This two bedroom apartment is completely renovated with modern furniture and appliances. The accommodation features a spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom. The guests also have access to a shared gated yard with outdoor furniture and a fireplace with barbecue.

Apartment No. 1 - Seaside Stone House Drage

This is a rebuilt traditional Dalmatian stone house. It includes a communal garden with a stone grill. The beach is located 300meters, a mere 5 minutes walking distance away from the house. This apartment located in the ground floor has 32 square m and an A/C unit for heating and cooling. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom with a living room/kitchen that contains an extra sofa/bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious second floor of our family home. Our house is located at the centre of the town, and there is a direct seaview from the balcony and from one of the rooms. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment! The price of the apartment includes WIFI access, air conditioning and a parking in front of the apartment for maximum three cars.
