Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

Kar's Kottage

Our little country cottage is a perfect stopover for the sole traveler or a couple. Located between Vale & Ontario, it is a two mile drive up a scenic winding road just off Hwy 20/26. Come enjoy this country setting surrounded by corn & hay fields. You can look across the fields & see our cows grazing with their calves. This one-bedroom cottage is fully furnished with everything to make your stay enjoyable. With no TV, you will be able to truly appreciate the quietness of the country. No pets!

The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, soaking tub, and separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
