Extensively renovated with modern services, to include full kitchen, enclosed dining patio, and two living room spaces for plenty of room to entertain family and friends (up to 8 people). Wrap around boathouse dock, barbeque area, and private beach.

Want to experience lake life, Connect with family, Have an amazing time with your best pals? What better way than getting together for a few days on a houseboat? The trip starts off with an amazing 1-3hr houseboat ride, to a beach of your choice. This is a great time to relax, mix a drink, put on your favorite tunes, and maybe even light up (the BBQ). Once we arrive on the beach and secure the houseboat, you're on your own! When it's time to go home there will be another 1-3hr houseboat ride.

Float House on Georgian Bay

Enjoy this unique floating home located on Georgian Bay. This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

Amazing Guest quarters above a historic boathouse in the heart of the 1000 islands! Located on Club island across from the village of Rockport. Island is boat access only….so either bring your own boat or use the complimentary shuttle! You must arrive by 5pm for shuttle! The 900sq ft loft is very nicely furnished and has a beautiful deck out over the river. Swim....fish...relax.....or walk the island! See our sister cottage “incredible 1000 island cottage”!

Floating Suite in Georgian Bay: Skippers Room

Come stay in our floating motel rooms right at the marina! This is a corner room with 3 large windows overlooking the shore. It has two queen beds, private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning / heating unit and satellite TV. Make yourself at home and enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. A unique getaway! This is a completely non smoking/vaping building.

The Dragon + Private Island

The Dragon is a 3-season houseboat moored at a private island in Manitou bay off the Gatineau River, accessed by canoeing 800m from our home parking. The island will be yours alone, offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and a loved one! The Dragon has solar power, as well as a propane cookstove and fridge.
