We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Berg Ferienhaus Borovnica befindet sich in Lič, nur 30 Fahrminuten von der Adria und 50 km von Rijeka entfernt. Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Villa Martina is part of whole Villa Bellevue, however it is completely separate house with it's own spaces. House has a private parking enclosed with automatic driveway gate and house wall. Private garden consists of outdoor BBQ, playground for children and unique dog house for pets. Indoor premises offer stylish and modern design, overall house consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, one of which is designated for kids and teenagers, two bathrooms and loggia.

Nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak s 65" Smart TV-om (besplatan Netflix), kupaonicu te perilicu i sušilicu rublja. Dostupni su klima uređaj, besplatni Wi-Fi i parkiranje. Plaža je udaljena 5 minuta vožnje. Check-in od 16:00, check-out do 12:00. Pušenje i kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. U blizini su biciklističke staze, planinarske rute i kulturne znamenitosti otoka Krka.
