The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. Trogir is a well-known town for its rich city life and cultural heritage.The location of the villas is truly ideal,as the villa is situated very close to Trogir but still away enough from the hustle of a busy city so you can enjoy the peace and truly relax. Villa is situated around 300m from the sea and features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with love and attention to detail.
