Our family/team at The Hilliard Lofts enjoy meeting new people and love catering to the needs of our guests.. We purchased the building in 2015 from a local attorney who was retiring and the space was used as an office building for his firm. Our vision from the onset of our purchase of The Historic Hilliard Building was to remodel it into 18 beautiful loft style apartments. We worked tirelessly with the city and the contractors to achieve this dream and begin a new journey in this endeavor.

This studio is a private and separate space from the upstairs apartment and is located close to Downtown Cincinnati, the University of Cincinnati, highways and local restaurants. Its centralized location makes it great for being able to fully experience the city of Cincinnati and Newport on the Levee. It comes fully equipped with full/double size bed, a sleeper sofa, tv, work space, extra bed, coffee maker and full bathroom. Along with having its own parking space with free street parking.

It operated as Ohio Motel until the sale in 1984. We invite you to stay and hope you will appreciate the craftmanship as much as we do. We welcome guests to stay in our spare rooms. Our place is close to hunting, fishing, hiking. You’ll love our place because of the remote county setting. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This listing is for a suite, two separate bed rooms with adjoining shared bath. Each room has a queen bed. There is a single bed for an 1 extra person can have a rollaway too. We have 2nd suite on airbnb. Breakfast served 7-10 AM.

Historic Hardware Inn: Suite 103

Located in Southeastern Ohio, on the Muskingum River, the Hardware Inn of Stockport was constructed from a building that served the area as a hardware store from 1851 until 1999. Inside are remnants of the original building, from the beautiful hardwood floors to back staircase which led to a meeting room upstairs. The Hardware Inn of Stockport has many options available to serve you from a quiet romantic getaway, to a family retreat!!

The rustic Licking Springs Villas are quaint hotel rooms in Newark, Ohio with wonderful views overlooking the 18th hole of our golf course. This room includes two queen size beds, a sizable kitchenette which includes a small fridge and a stove top(pans not included), modern bathrooms, and a spacious porch. Reservations are required to dine at our private restaurant. Call after booking to make a reservation. No pets, please.
