Escape to the Papamoa countryside at our Farmstay retreat. Situated beside the beautiful Papamoa Hills walk with amazing views. Just 7–10 minutes from beaches, cafés & shops. Here you can feed our friendly farm animals, kids can play on the trampoline or in the wide-open field out front, while you relax in the double hammock. Then unwind under the stars in the spa or toast marshmallows by the firepit. Modern interior with a full kitchen, comfy beds, aircon or woodburner depending on the season.

Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

The Beachhouse- absolute beachfront!

Absolute beach front 4 br, 2 storey house. Top floor has master br, newly renovated bathroom, living room & balcony all enjoying magnificent views throughout the day. Downstairs features a fireplace/tv area & an open plan dining area with stylish furniture & a new kitchen containing quality appliances. Large deck leads straight to the beach within seconds. Rustic firepit for toasting marshmallows. Access to the beach is shared with unit behind. Family bookings preferred. Linen & towels included.

Pukehina Penthouse: Exclusive luxurious beachfront

You just feel rejuvenated here. Stunning at Pukehina Beach, this property offers sunshine, sand and swimming on your doorstep with views to take your breath away. Luxurious entertaining spaces plus spa pool on the deck overlooking the beach to welcome spectacular sunrises, or a rural outlook to take in the sunsets. 3 min drive to the local Surf Club with a safe swimming beach, patrolled during summer so great for families. Laid out for indoor outdoor living, making the most of the all day sun.

The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.
