Gästewohnung im Künstlerhaus

Oderberg ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad, Boot oder per Pedes. Das Einzimmerappartement liegt in der ersten Etage eines ca 300 Jahre alten Fachwerkhauses. Sofort spürt man hier den Atem der Geschichte. Dicke alte Balken und Lehm prägen den Charakter von Zimmer und Küche. Es gibt ein 1,40 er Bett und ein 1,00 er Bett und eine gemütliche Sitzecke für bis zu drei Personen, ein separates Bad, kleine Küche mit zwei Kochplatten, Miniofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.

Hello and welcome! You can look forward to two bright, modernly furnished rooms in my large apartment, just about a 2-minute walk from Lichtenberg station. From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

„Weniger ist mehr“ – So lautet eine der goldenen Regeln für gute Gestaltung, von der wir uns bei der Restaurierung unseres Hofes in der Uckermark leiten ließen. Zum Birkenhof gehören mehrere Hektar Land mit Wiesen, Obst- und Gemüsegarten und unserem kleinen Birkenhain, der dem Hof seinen Namen gab. Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.

Scheune de Lütt - Kleine Scheune ganz groß

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Das Häuschen steht im Wald, gesäumt von einer Fichte und einer Tanne. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Es gibt einen kleinen Bereich zum Kochen - Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Küchenutensilien sind da. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche befindet sich direkt neben dem Eingang. Im Wohnbereich steht ein Sofa, dass bei Bedarf als Schlafgelegenheit genutzt wird. Über die Treppe gelangt man auf den Schlafboden.
