Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Located in Avondale, this well kept 98 year old house features original hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen. There are 2 main bedrooms, and a third with a twin bed + trundle but no door. The back yard is private with a beautiful pool (that is not heated) and cabana.
