1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Zero shared airspace! 4-5 minute walk to the Beach, next to a lake, Playground, Visitor's Center, State Park. Walking distance to three restaurants. Walk north across Pier Avenue and past the bridge. There you will see a trail entrance. This trail has a canopy of trees as you walk around the lake. Walk around the lake toward the ocean. Turn right at the street that will take you through the dunes and the magnificent ocean view will open to you. Turn left and then return on Pier Av.
