Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and umbrellas are yours to use for fun in the sand and surf. The dock is available for boat tie-ups.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Canoe, kayaks and paddle board available for your use. Delaware is a 420 friendly state. Local dispensaries within 30mins. We will make exceptions for extra guests. Just ask. Our property has 3 units. You have the entire 2 upper floors. 1st flr is owner occupied and cottage is also a rental. As it says common area so there will be others occupying the same 1st flr deck area. Our home is dog friendly so there will be dogs here.

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

The getaway is easily accessible to all the outdoor features of water and nature trails, grab a provided kayak, bike or beach chair and make some memories!
