The Annexe used to be The Old Post Office & village general store. With its own private entrance (accessed through the owner's back garden), the property comprises a double bedroom, bonus mezzanine area, bunk room, kitchen/diner & shower room. Recently refurbished. Ideal location for all that Devon has to offer.

It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

You won’t forget our beautiful & thoughtfully made shepherds hut, set in the most amazing rural location with panoramic views of Devon hills. Includes : Gas powered shower, and hob, solar 12v electric(usb only) & flushing toilet . Not too far from Dartmoor National Park, and our incredible coastlines. The hut is also set right in the middle of some amazing country walks. Our hut has a minimal but comfy design. Dog friendly on enquiry, depending on suitability, but will incur further cost .

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Only 2 miles from the A30, Woodbrooke is in a stunning rural location on the edge of Dartmoor - a few minutes drive from Iron Age camps, an ancient temperate forest and the stunning Hunter's Path. Dark skies and tranquillity allow you to see the stars and hear owls call but the cottage also has fast fibre broadband, a smart TV, excellent showers and a charcoal BBQ.
