All the bedrooms are air conditioned. The place has a big terrace overlooking the sea. Natural rocky, pebble beach is just 100 m away. National park Paklenica is located 2 km away.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

NEW information: We have swimming pool in 2018. Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, just outside the little town of Novigrad. The whole area of this north Dalmatian town is suitable for hiking thanks to the vicinity of the gorgeous mountain of Velebit. If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.

Holiday house Butterfly

We are located in Siverić (Sibenik - Knin County Region) on the slopes of the mountain Promina, near the National Park Krka, 30km from the sea. From the nearest town (called Drniš) we are just 4 kilometers away, by car you are there for 3 minutes. Beautiful natural environment that helps you to maximize relax and unite with Mother Nature. In one sentence: " This is the place where you are listening the silence." :)
