Suitable for couples, families with children or pets, sporty people and retired people or anyone willing to relax, refresh and renew in the vicinity of the sea. Equipped with kitchen and living room, balcony with a front seaview, bathroom and one double bedroom. The owners live in the same house. Grill and pool areas are shared with guests from other 4 apartments in the house.

Beach Apartment with Garden in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Malý, moderný apartmán bez balkóna na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke je všetko potrebné na prípravu jedla. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
