Our self contained apartment is within our home, Allegra House, where we both live and have Bed and Breakfast rooms. The apartment is completely private, self contained with full kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and balcony. Nice and spacious in a modern style which makes the most of the spectacular views. Plenty of outside space too. Breakfast is an optional extra - $30 per person. Rate is for two people, 3rd person (adult or child over 2) is an extra $60 per night.

Platinum Apartment at Absolute Bliss is situated in the heart of Paihia, elevated with a stunning seaview's and surrounded by native bush and is a short walk to everything, including the beach and wharf. Absolute Bliss is superbly Architectural designed with a Platinum Apartment on the 2nd floor of this beautiful property which is elevated with a full surrounding balcony. Lift entrance or easy external stairs. Platinum Apartments is located with its own entrance.

Busby Manor Resort - Paihia - 5 night min

Busby Manor is a lovely resort which lends itself to you sitting round the pool reading your book or exploring Paihia and the far north. Situated right across the road from the beach and 5 minutes walk to Paihia village. This is a one bedroom unit - double bed in one room and pull out couch in lounge. Availability 25 December 2026 to 1 January 2027, 5 night miminum during this time. This is a timeshare week, I don't have any other dates available to rent.

Hananui Lodge Unit 10

A great Waterfront Unit unit facing the beautiful Russell Beach. Room features two bedrooms with a King in one room and 2 singles in the other a sofa bed in the Lounge. Seating areas inside and out, Bathroom and Kitchenette. Hananui has kayaks and keys to the tennis courts which are available for all guests. We also have boat moorings available for a fee.

My place is close to parks, Side facing studio that has a balcony and a bit off a view out to the sea from the balcony only, and the city centre. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
