Welcome to a newly renovated two bedroom and 1 bathroom home in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Our home has an open layout w/ a spacious deck and yard off the back of the house and an attached garage. We welcome children and families. This space is centrally located to the shopping areas; 5-10 minutes by car, we are also quite close to the eclectic downtown. Downtown Bangor is a quick 10 minute drive or if you enjoy walking approximately 30-35 minutes through the lovely ‘tree’ streets.

It is about 27 minutes to Sugarloaf and 8 minutes to Kingfield; located directly off Rt. 27 in route to Carrabassett Valley. You can hit the slopes then come home to a cozy, gas fireplace. No TV, No WiFi or internet. Pretend it's 2005 and talk to each other. But seriously this is a very simple, no thrills space, for folks that just want a good basecamp to enjoy all the natural beauty of Katahdin area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 41 acres of privacy atop Allen Hill in Mount Chase. Snowmobile & ATV trail access nearby. So many adventures await you with our much heralded hiking trails, wildlife & fisheries. Baxter State Park, north entrance is 15-20 minutes away, and Katahdin Woods & Waters Monument is on our property line.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
