The yard features a spacious patio,Pool table, Pingpong, a wood fired Pizza Oven (Ask me about firing it up for an event) A Koi pond that you can soak in ( 20'x4'x4' deep and crystal clear) plus there is an private outdoor hot tub! The apartment is part of a 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacious, kitchen, newly renovated, amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, large yard, wonderful back porch, great book selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off-street parking—local art on walls. We live upstairs in a separate unit, and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
