We love the open floor plan for this 3 bedroom, 2 bath offshore manufactured home located in beautiful Pea Hill Creek with a private community boat ramp (2 minute walk). Enjoy reading a book on the large front porch facing the lake or relax and dine under the covered back porch. We have ample parking for all your lake toys. We provide the linens and towels for your convenience. Dogs are welcomed!

I LIVE UPSTAIRS. with my 2 dogs and a cat. Boathouse, kayak, canoe, paddle boards, floats available. Dock your boat or jetski to the side of boathouse. Fishing is great from the dock. The apartment is well stocked. There are books and games for guests to use.
