This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

This country setting offers privacy & quiet. Here nature, agriculture, charm & amenities mingle. Enjoy a firep on a cold night. Warm days enjoy the cool patio or sit under a tree. Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. Beautiful vega ceilings, bright natural light, and a large yard with seating to enjoy fresh air and sun. Close to I-40 for easy access to anywhere in the city. A short 10-minute drive gets you to Old Town and many of our local museums, zoo, bio park, and artisan food hall, the Sawmill Market. Permit 144838

Central Albuquerque Garden Casita

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl. NO CLEANING FEE.

Cozy get-away in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
