Somehow my price setting has been changed by accident but it’s now adjusted back to my usual nightly rate. Convenient southside location, 1 minute to bus stop inbound to CBD and 2 minutes to the highway head to either Brisbane CBD or Gold Coast. Technology Park Office Complex, Local shops, Post office, Restaurants, Westfield shopping centre, Sunnybank Market Square, local markets are all close by. This townhouse/villa has everything you call home. No refund for notice less than 24 hours.

Our resort is perched on a hill with stunning views over the coral sea. Each 2 bedroom villa is uniquely decorated, and fully self-contained. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on one level, with living areas are on a separate level. Some villas have views from the living area, others from the master bedroom. Enjoy private access to your villa, including kitchen, laundry, BBQ, courtyard, and deck. Book transport in advance if bringing a car. Shared areas include a pool, tennis court, and picnic park.

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.
