Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

Lake Escape - Smith Mountain Lake Condo

Located in Bernard's Landing, SML, this ground-floor condo offers everything you need for a quick getaway or a week-long vacation. The condo has recently been re-decorated and offers beautiful lake views, convenient access to boat rentals, one of the best restaurants on SML (Napoli by the Lake), and all the amenities you need. Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
