Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.

A stylish two-bedroom and large lounge apartment only 2 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars in the village of Browns Bay. The lounge opens to a peaceful sun-bathed terrace and there is a hot tub and outdoor shower through the french doors of one of the bedrooms. Curved walls are part of the unique style of Tower of the Valley. There are no cooking facilities. Free parking is available in the carport. It is on the Te Araroa walkingTrail.

Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

Small Studio Apartment (approx 40 sqmtrs)

1km from Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high) and we don’t have a full kitchen. Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Beach side Private Studio Takapuna Auckland

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
