Downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, multiple beaches, San Diego Zoo, etc are all an easy 10-15 min. drive away! Quick 10 minute Uber Ride to downtown Gaslamp nightlife, the Zoo, Petco Park, etc. Take your pick of numerous gleaming beaches a quick, straight 15-20 minute ride away. Trolley Stop Close (5 min drive), Bus stop at end of street. Immediate freeway access. Near literally everything. Kensington rocks! Urban Canyon Getaway

Canyon living in the heart of “SoNo” (on the border of North Park and South Park). Situated on a quiet dead-end street with canyon views, but less than one mile to South Park center, two miles to North Park center, and three miles to Balboa Park and the zoo. The apartment, completed in 2017, was custom built on the bottom part of our home and is completely private with a separate entryway.
