The Gardenia Suite is a freshly remodeled, clean, hotel-style studio attached to a home—close to the Kona airport. Set up like a hotel room, it features a king-size bed, bright modern bathroom, TV, workspace/desk, and a tea & coffee station with mini fridge and microwave. Please note: This unit does not include a full kitchen. The unit is set back from the main road, but some light road noise may still be heard. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort if you are sensitive to sound.

Beautiful, peaceful, jungle vibes, surrounded by nature, 15 min from the center of Kona, up on the mountainside, lush lot w/ fruit and mac nut trees! The ADULTS-ONLY, entirely PRIVATE space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two lanais, Weber grill, Samsung smart-TV, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a big kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

The interior is all freshly renovated in 2020 with stylish and comfortable furniture. Covered parking is steps from the entry and plenty of quality beach gear is available for you to use anytime. Ice-cold A/C and Apple TV make relaxing inside just as nice.
