PET FRIENDLY Visitors have chosen the charm of Roanoke Island as their home base while exploring all that the Outer Banks has to offer. This room is located at the Island Guesthouse in Manteo, NC. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply. Pre-approved pets are welcome.
