Surrounded by woodlands, lakes and Highland Cows, we offer a step into nature, whilst sleeping in luxury. Each of our self-catering, two-bedroom lodges include a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen/diner, large lounge area, family bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms. (One super-king with en-suite and one twin room). The lounge area includes a sofa bed fitting up to 6 people per cottage. On site there is a complimentary gym, patio, coffee lounge/juice bar - Seasonal opening hours.

Bright and airy two-bedroomed caravan with decking and patio area. Very quiet and in a corner spot next to woodland, close to marina, lovely secluded walks. Restaurant and bar within minutes walk. Gym, pool and sauna on site (details provided if requested). Beach is 10 minute drive or can access public transport just outside park. Theme park and wildlife park nearby Numerous bars and restaurants and places of interest. Train station within walking distance.

Maipop Farm

Located on a family run farm, on the Norfolk and Cambridgeshire border; the outskirts of the small historic, Fenland town of Wisbech. Whilst staying with us, guests will be within 500 metres away from fishing lakes, price of fishing is not included but day/night tickets are available. Take a walk around our working farm, viewing our farm animals which include cows,sheep, pigs and chickens! There is also access to a washing machine and dryer if needed by guests.

A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.
